MISSION STATEMENT

Robert L. Lippert, Jr. on the 17th day of January 1990, created this trust exclusively for
charitable and educational purposes. This trust shall be limited to and include only charitable or
educational activities to benefit the citizens of the City of Alameda, State of California;
primarily through assistance to the following organizations:

ALAMEDA MEALS ON WHEELS
ALAMEDA BOYS CLUB
ALAMEDA GIRLS CLUB
ALAMEDA COUNCIL OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA
ALAMEDA HISTORICAL MUSEUM
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS
